Went on a Friday night. So it was very busy. It took a few minutes for the server to get our drink order, but after that, service was on point. Food came out quick which was nice compared to how full the place was. I’d call to make a reservation first.

Ally was our server for the day. She was super nice, attentive and efficient. She suggested some yummy items and listened carefully to our lunch needs. Texas Roadhouse Ally deserves a pay raise and yall should acknowledge her profiency in customer service. It was an excellent experience and highly recommended the Texas Roadhouse in Chesapeake, VA. The appetizers were yummy, the meals were yummy, margaritas were yummy and everything served at it’s appropriate time. Ask for Ally.

My wife and me really enjoyed our experience with this Texas Roadhouse location. It was our first time eating here and everything was top notch. We sat at the bar and really liked the atmosphere. Our waiter was very friendly and took care of our order quickly and checked back with us for any additional needs. The whole place is very clean including the restroom. The food was so delicious and steak was as tender as any I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this location if your ever in the area.

Waited over an hour for just the steaks. Both came out with nearly no seasoning. One was so over cooked, asked for medium rare, we couldn’t eat it. Filet mignon ordered medium, came out bright red, purple in some areas. Time from salads to steaks was over an hour. Worst food experience yet. Waitress was great, polite and apologetic.

My husband and I visited this location about an hour before close on Saturday night. We are typically very understanding when coming in close to closing time and try to make our visit and fast and easy as possible. We ordered drinks, an appetizer, and our entrees all at once. However, when our meals came out, both ribeye steaks were very well done (we had ordered medium). Not wanting to make a big fuss, we just asked for his to be removed from the bill. I would still eat some of mine. Dana was our server and she was very apologetic, she had the steak removed and then some. We were happy to leave it at that. After taking our payment she noticed my steak was overdone as well. She insisted on doing more for us, even bringing over the kitchen manager to see what had happened. He very quickly got to work, and we both received new entrees and sides to take home with us – all after the restaurant had closed for the night. These folks went above and beyond for us. That level of integrity and care is hard to come by in this industry, I work in restaurants and know first-hand. These two ensured we left happy and we appreciate them. Job well done!
