Service was with a smile however distracted. Employees were having a great time inside which is never an issue for me. But I got home and received a pizza that looked like it fell completely and got stuffed back into the box. Barely stuffed burritos. I don’t usually complain about my food but this is just ridiculous.

I will give credit where credit is due , the drive through attendant, was very pleasant efficient and seemed genuine throughout her interaction, the order was prepared in a timely manner. However, I cannot say all of the product that I see received was even anywhere close to the par for any location of Taco Bell that I’ve visited. Literally one price of chicken. I would have rather they told me they were out, than sell me a product that is not to brand standard. I would like a response and refund due to the lack of integrity; selling me a product no where near advertised! Photo attached for your review, and proof of what I receive!

Team Members need to be coached on how to correctly fill an order at the drive through. Rarely do they get my order right. The food seems slapped together with little concern for anything but speed. I really dont like my first bite of my burrito being nothing but sour cream.

The staff here are the most amazing fast food staff you could ever have. They are so nice and get my order right EVERY time even though it’s kinda specific. They are the best! *UPDATE-almost a year later this location is still AMAZING! My order is correct EVERY time and they are so nice.

Got here at 9:46 pm on Aug 18th for a DoorDash order. Got greeted and told them the name for order. It’s currently 9:59pm and still no order. This is ridiculous. There’s about 4-5 teens in the back working with a long drive thru line. Guy at drive thru does not have hair net on, has shoulder length hair. Please do better. This is ridiculous

I can’t believe the disresepect and lack of integrity I just dealt with and the insult to my intelligence by these CHILDREN working here. I ordered two orders of Nacho Fries and my first one was only half filled but I did not complain, thought they may have fell out into the bag. NOPE and my second one had even less fries. So I simply asked if they would fill the second one up and she said, ” I will just get you a new set ” I stood there as she pretended to pass time then handed me a new sack with THE SAME EXACT FRIES I HANDED HER. Didn’t even add any hot ones on top. When I say down and looked back she was watching I assume to see my reaction as they all got a good laugh at this customer as they must laugh at many customers they screw out of money and time. I am starting to see why many people say these places need to hire Grown Ups who will actually work at their jobs and would not behave like a sarcastic teen like this kids did to me. Never eating at Taco Bell again. Any of them.
