The person at the counter was friendly and took my order quick. Only took about 5 minutes for my food to be ready. Workers seemed happy as well. Would definitely come again!

Stopped with the wife and kid. 2 medium sandwiches, 1 small sandwich, no drinks, 2 bags of chips: $28.00! Really disengaged people behind the counter. Mumbled a name when the order was ready. Place was packed. Didn’t even know they called us. Then we get home, and there is next to no meat on the sandwiches. I know this sounds petty, but 28 bucks is 28 bucks, and to go get three sandwiches and them all have such little meat is mind boggling. It’s just bad business. And totally sucked.

It’s a very good place to eat at. Just a tad pricey.

We ordered a large sub and two bags of chips, with taxes and tip the total was $19.98. My husband asked if they had flat bread. They said they had white flatbread. We were also supposed to get two dill pickles. When we got home and opened our order, we had two half sandwiches on two slices of plain white bread. No dill pickles. I don’t think a sandwich on two slices of white bread is in any way equivalent to a large sub. And certainly not worth $14. We will not be back and we will not do business with you again. We will certainly tell everyone about our experience.

Sat on the patio, weather was great. I only gave 4 star for food because my salad had a few old lettuce leaves in it. It was great otherwise.

I usually visit this Firehouse Subs location about 2 or 3 times monthly. The Staff greets you with a robust “Welcome to Firehouse!” when you enter.

Food is good, but it’s just way too expensive now. 2 medium sandwiches, 2 small drinks and chips. Just a few cents under $29.00. That’s way too much for that small bit. Same thing at subway with 2 extra cookies. $20.00. I feel Firehouse is pricing themselves out of business. I know a lot of people will continue, but I can’t for that. I can get 2 regular dinner meals at a lot of sit downs for less than that. Sorry guys, I’m out.

My 1st experience at Firehouse Subs was that of a black burnt bun sub.The sub was unedible and a waste of $8.52. There was a lady before me in line complaining about how her bread was over toasted but I was in a rush and thinking surely the staff would take better care of the next customers now that they were aware. But apparently this is not the case for this location. I dont think the franchise cooperate office ever thought of Firehouse Subs to be known for their scorched subs. Firehouse the 1st impression for this Google reviewer was not good and was a waste of my 8 plus change.
