I frequent McDonald’s for coffee, a fry and a McChicken occasionally. I haven’t gotten a mc flurry in over a year since they come in a small cup for the money and they don’t fill the cup-give it to mc Donald’s, they are consistent. Tried a MC flurry and about 3/4 of a small cup. I’ll wait another year and see what happens. In the meantime get rid of the plastic top since no way this will over flow and reduce the price 10 cents

The Forest Lake, MN location has really gone downhill since the remodel. We have had condiments scraped off, halfway filled fries, flat soda, 16 Pickles on 1 burger, wrong orders, missing items. The manager didn’t seem to care and kept interrupting me. Offered me some coupons but no refund unless I went in. The website isn’t working to make a complaint either, how convenient.

I haven’t been to this McDonalds in years and I was so impressed with the beautiful remodeling. The comfortable upholstered seats and lots of booths were so inviting. I have stopped going to a competitor because of the hard, uncomfortable wooden seats and the beverage machine that never works properly. Everything at this McDonalds was absolutely immaculate. I will be coming here regularly from now on!

Everything was as expected as far as the food, and the store was very clean. We just got frustrated because we only had cash on us and wanted to sit down and eat, but couldn’t figure out how or if you’re even able to pay with cash at those ordering machines. There wasn’t anybody working the counter nor within eyesight just to ask. So we ended up going through the drive-thru and eating in our car. Wasn’t horrible, just a disappointing experience.
