Hard to be beat delicious pizza paired with True Vine beer equals a wonderful evening. Very nice staff. Great food. We really loved their Motherboard to pair with our True Vine libations. Soft pretzel was great too. Highly recommend this excellent company.

The best pizza you will find in Tyler, TX! Sola Bread Co checks all the boxes for me – delicious food, great customer service, and a welcoming environment. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone visiting Tyler, and we plan to make this a frequent stop whenever we’re in East Texas!

edit: four years later and this place is still SO amazing. today we had the jardim and omg I have never needed a mop and bucket after a pizza like I did today. we also had a pretzel — maldon salt? get outta here, perfection. as someone who doesn’t enjoy cream cheese, I do wish there were an alternative dip available, but pheweee some of the best pizza in Texas I swearrrr.

I have had their pizza before and it was delicious! However that was over two years ago because we can never seem to get our schedules aligned to get in here again!! THEY CLOSE AT 8 ON TUESDAY! Google is wrong! So don’t get excited if it is 820 and you want sola pizza! You know what? Just call. Call to make sure before you make the drive.

Food is fantastic… Brazilian Bites were cooked to perfection, Charcuterie on point… the service was less than stellar… arrived at 11:50 was told that they wouldn’t accept orders until noon.. I found that a little strange especially since a line had formed with 5 couples waiting. Just a little before noon an employee ask the manager if she could start taking orders… the manager said no they can wait till noon. Very short, and curt in all responses to the customers. They fix this issue then it is a five star easy. Highly recommend the food.

I love this place. It’s an excellent bakery, an amazing pizzeria with a wood fire oven, and it shares a building with the best brewery in Tyler. You can’t ask for much more than that. Best croissant in Tyler, best gourmet pizza in Tyler.

I recently went to Sola Bread Co with a friend. It was my first time. The place is located inside a local brewery that has great lemonades, craft beers, and root beer, as well as wine. The atmosphere is calm. There are a lot of young families and people bring their dogs as well. The pizza selections were fancy! My husband has simple taste and would not have wanted anything from here, but it was great for my friend and I because we enjoy adventurous foods! We shared a Penelope and I must say, it was amazing!! I will crave this pizza often for sure! I am excited to try others. Overall highly recommended.

Excellent pizza! I thought that pizza in Texas was not going to be something I enjoyed since I’m used to good New York style pizza. But I could definitely taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. That and the atmosphere is absolutely lovely. We came on a Saturday night and there was a live band that made this a really wonderful and memorable evening.
