Charbroiled chicken wing plate. Where is the chicken? Too much rice and too little chicken wings, barely any meat. Salad has no dressing. The regular chicken bowl is better and more meat.

Walked in and the girl (Giselle Loza) (that was the name on the receipt)at the register was talking to another customer he did even move her and When I wasn’t even near the counter she said what do you want. I smiled and said hello and she didn’t say anything back. She has absolutely no personality she rolled her eyes probably 4 times during the 2 min transaction. When she called our name she just threw the tray on the counter. I said thank you and she rolled her eyes again and turned around with No you’re welcome or anything. I work in customer service and it’s not hard to smile and have some manners. I’d rather drive across town than to come back here. She belongs in the back not helping people or maybe at a job she actually enjoys because it seems she’s hates it here.

The best flame broiler in town !!!! I’m a regular here due to the great service they go over and beyond to satisfy there customers they have better service then some 5 star restaurants and there meat is always cooked to perfection the Girls that work there are awesome and on top of things feels like I have personal chefs instead of fast food. I can no longer go to any other flame broiler there is no comparison to this one. Keep doing a great job !!! Thanks

So I got home and my order was slightly incorrect. They had everything correct except for the fact that I ordered beef and I receive chicken. Normally that wouldn’t be a big deal, but I hate chicken, chicken grosses me out because they’re such filthy animals but anyway, point being I called and let them know, I talked to a young lady named Alexis and she was incredibly helpful and they took care of fixing my order for me, and were also on top of everything when I came to pick it up. They have the exact number of sauces I wanted and everything. Sure mistakes can happen anywhere, that’s just a fact of life, but it was refreshing to see a restaurant and also an employee be so courteous and helpful in fixing that mistake. I firmly believe this employee Alexis who I’ve never met before, is probably a real asset to this company. And it was really nice to see them take care of thanks

Stopped by to pick up dinner five minutes before they were closing last night and still received great service. The restaurant looked clean and the two young gentlemen working were both friendly, polite and efficient. Food from Flame Broiler always tastes the exact same which I really appreciate… no surprises. Its a mix between regular food and fast food, so you don’t feel horrible for eating it. Tip: Be sure to add avocados! And smother your food with their sauces!
