Took way too long to make my simple order or loaded fries. Got the food and the cheese looked and tasted disgusting. Ask POLITELY if i could get my order remade in a different way or a refund. They simply said no because the manager wasn’t there and there was nothing he could do.

Your staff is too rude and impolite, I arrived at 8:30 pm someone took my order, when they delivered it half an hour later the food was not what I ordered and the rude cashier said that they close at 8:40, if they told me They would have said that before taking the order. I would have gone with my family to another place. I paid for what they gave even though it wasn’t what I ordered out of politeness and the lady didn’t even give me cutlery and napkins. They have some irresponsible children attending the premises, giving bad service and bad attention. I was definitely disappointed in the attitude and arrogance with which I was treated with my entire family. If I could give it 0 I would give it zero, extremely disappointed in your lousy service and attention.
