Horrible I go there close to 7 o’clock almost every day. The coffee is always old, it always taste burnt and it’s never hot. There’s not one time that I have been to this Dunkin and the coffee has taste fresh. Oh my coffee was made correctly horrible. if I could give it, no stars I would.

I visited the Dunkin Donuts in The Villages, FL yesterday at 8:30 am and it was a complete disaster. The customer service was terrible, with the staff being incredibly rude and unhelpful. To make matters worse, they made my order wrong and I had to wait for them to remake it. It was a total waste of my time and money.

Taste like 2 day old lard. Customer service is definitely not the greatest. Sad that Duncan went from Awesome to big fail. The male on the head set should get trained on how to deal with the mentally challenged individuals. You can’t snap and be rude to those you feel are under you. Your a bully. Lost our business. You sir should be fired. Shame on you Duncan for having this guy a part of your team.

I love their food, but typically, if you go there around 11pm or later, you can’t go onside for staff safety, which is fine, but if you TRY to go through the drive-thru, they can’t serve you because EVERY night, their systems are “updating” So why are they even open and paying staff to be there?
