Looked up on Google because I was hungry to find a pizza nearby and Mountain Mike’s was close by, I get there at 9:00 p.m. and on the website it states that the establishment closes at 10:00 p.m. with that being said we order a pizza they said it would have to be taken to go because by the time it will be finished cooking the restaurant closes… no big deal as we’re waiting for a pizza

I love this location. If you have the opportunity to dine in or even stop by to grab a delicious pizza I highly recommend their McKinley , or even a pepperoni.. you can never go wrong with either one . The staff at this location are familiar faces and have appreciation for offering a great experience to whomever comes in the door . Thank you !

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks on my 1 hour lunch break. Was told 15 minutes my pizza would be ready, 55 minutes later I had 5 minutes to eat what I could. Pizza looked good tasted good, but no sauce. Breadsticks cost $5.99, add cheese $6.99. The breadsticks were only covered 1/3 with cheese.

Skip this restaurant and just drive to the Fair Oaks location on sunrise. They are much better. The greenback store employees and manager do NOT care about their customers. They actually stated that. If I could leave 0 stars I would! That was the worst customer service I have ever received in my life!! The employees were extremely rude and the owner or manager was equally rude.

I used the Mountain Mike’s App to buy lunch today for pickup at the Orangevale, CA location. I used two of my earned rewards; $10 off my purchase, and a free side. About 5 minutes after I placed the order I received a phone call from an employee at the restaurant stating that my order was being cancelled by the owner and that the location will not be accepting any rewards from the Mountain Mike’s App.

Ordered a few pizzas and a salad to be picked up. The food was good, but it was a little bit slow. When we arrived, they hadn’t started on the pizzas and told us there would be a wait of 7 to 8 minutes. After 20 minutes, we finally got our order.

We ordered pizza and they delivered to wrong address and they won’t even refund our money the manager told us we should go get it from where they delivered it to. Long story short there mistake they should fix it there customer service is absolutely horrible and Orangevale definitely doesn’t need this kind of place it just goes to show some people are absolutely down right disgusting considering they did this to a married senior citizen couple.75yrs old and 85yrs old just got literally robbed for 70.00 by this Mountain Mike’s Pizza in the shopping center by goodwill in Orangevale.

Great pizza, family friendly, and very clean. Came here for a family meet up. Loved the service! They were polite and friendly. We got our pizzas quickly and it was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfect and the veggies fresh. Our kids had a blast playing in the arcade area and the staff welcomed their eager questions about pizza making.
