Been coming here for over two decades and I can say I’ve never had a bad server or bad service. Management is wonderful, the waiters are all so friendly and attentive, and they always make sure your food is perfect. I remember once my steak was cooked wrong twice, and the manager himself went back into the kitchen to make my steak for me and even comped it, which I did NOT expect. Be good to your servers and all the staff here, they deserve it! My husband and I had Joe as a server tonight for our two year wedding anniversary dinner and he was wonderful – so personable and attentive. Not sure if Gavin works here any more but he was also great. Great place!

I ordered take out tonight, and this is not my first time ordering take out. I arrived after the time my order was supposed to be done, I check in, and wait. I waited over 10 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready. However, this wasn’t as big of an issue as my next. My chicken was not done completely, I ended up not finishing my dinner because of that. Im also concerned because their broccoli always comes out with black all over the broccoli as if it’s going bad or something. This is odd, considering it’s just steamed broccoli. My other experiences haven’t been like this, so I’m hoping it’s just a one time thing. I likely won’t be back for a while.

i have taken 3 stars off. Today the “manager” brought out the meals. My chicken strip of nine looked as thought they were cut in thirds. when I commented to the manager he said”okay” and walked away. What has happened to The old Longhorns???
