My dog would not eat the sandwich meat, only the chicken fries. I’m not happy that I wasted my money. Everyone was worried about who was coming in next, not about the quality of the food.

Horrible! Had to speak first to the lady at the drive-through speaker. Food is not even decent. The onion rings or hard as a rock. Seems like they’ve been refried quite a few times. Don’t deserve a 1. Ordered sandwiches with extra condiments and didn’t get. One chicken sandwich was 2 pieces of bread and the chicken patty….no lettuce, no mayo, nothing. Took the Jr whoppers back to get made right and didn’t know the chicken sandwiches were wrong too. Sad that a simple thing as putting condiments on a sandwich is not done correctly. Who ever was working around 2 pm on December 14th needs an orientation!

I had hoped that when this store got new management, it would improve. It hasn’t happened. The mozzarella sticks I purchased last night either were sitting in the bin all day or were extremely overcooked. They were dry and hard on the inside and tasted awful. The meat on the burger didn’t taste right and was not something I wanted to take the chance on eating. Things have been bad here for awhile, but I think they are at rock bottom.

Big fish? More like gold fish sized and crispy. They had a drink machine with 100 options and out of all but one. Asked about fish sandwich and got a shrug. Had to order something else so I ended up spending $9 on fries. Bathroom was also gross and the urinal was almost within view of the lobby. SMH

I wish this location was better! I like BK but it’s always a hit or miss! The manager guy is eager to help and provide good service however doesn’t come out that way! Condiments always missing from bag, fries or hash browns no ketchup, French toast sticks no syrup! It sucks, the hash browns and fries always needs to be sent back because they are light colored not golden cold greasy and old! I guarantee when an employee fixes their food it’s nothing like what they hand out the window! And God forbid you order your sandwich customized! BK advertisement says “Your way” and it’s never our way! The attitudes are the worst, why so angry?! I worked at BK in high school, back then BK had a 99 cents Whopper promo! We were always swamped but I never had an attitude or gave out poor quality food! I don’t understand! Don’t like your job find a new one! It’s sad how poorly customers are treated!!! This location could work on customer service and quality fresh hot food not sandwiches off the line that have been sitting, we can tell, mayo dried up, lettuce withered! I entered the drive thru at 11:30 when they say they don’t close till 12, sat there for 5 minutes with no one taking my order. not to mention the broken screen and litter everywhere.
