Hey Tim Horton’s, does this look like a dozen assorted doughnuts to you? I knew I shouldn’t have even stopped at this location due to it being in the ghetto, so my fault. Oh, and the guy with the tattoo ON HIS FACE barely said a single word. When I said thanks he said yep. I should have checked before I left and I would have gotten my money back, but I’m not going all the way back to the hood for $12. Staying away from West Broad St food businesses from now on.

My server who was not doing the window but making orders was gruff mean got it wrong and did not care. The window girl been there over a year at the window remembered me! She is a serious customer service person. The dark haired chubby young girl was mean and didn’t care. Went to Dunkin last two days to a avoid the negativity. Love Tim Hortons!

Most every time my wife and I go there is some issue the food was ok I will say the avocado toast was very good they put so much seasoning on that my wife had to pour some off but the issue was that they dont have items that we wanted we both ordered large coffees and when we get to the speaker they told us then that they weren’t able to do our coffees because they had no large cups and then when I asked how they could fix it they just told me they wouldn’t pull up our order and charge us so I lost out on points from the app and I am still yet to get the money back on my card from this order

visited a few days ago and had my life saved by adam. i was in the drive thru in pulling out my wallet and suddenly i lost control of my car. suddenly one of the workers jumped out of the window. i was shaken in fear when i saw a second pair of hands on my wheel. next thing i know i’m being saved from hitting me the building. it’s the nicest and most heroic thing anyone has ever done for me. he deserves a raise. thank you adam.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. My food is usually messed up and this time I ordered a 20 pack of Tim Bits half chocolate half honey dip. They gave me 3 honey dip and 13 chocolate. No one said anything to me and I mean at all. Not one word was said to me the whole time I was at the window. They just need to shut this one down!

The people here are the Best! I stopped by after putting my dog to sleep. I couldn’t stop crying & they were so empathetic. It had just stopped raining & the cashier pointed out a rainbow to make me feel better. Then she gave me a free donut.

Don’t go here!!! These humans are awful at their job!! They do not give you what you pay for!! We paid for a breakfast wrap and a BELT meal it comes with a hash brown or substitute. Almost always I have to remind them. Sometimes they will argue that it either doesn’t come with it which is on the menu staining at them or ignore it altogether. And their coffee and Hot Chocolate are awful. Burnt coffee or cold barely brown water. Disgusting! Not to mention that our food smells of cigarettes!!! So you know someone is not washing their hands!! Worst of all they are constantly refuse to give me a receipt. Saying it’s jammed. Unbelievable!!! Drive Through is awful
