First time coming, and will definitely be coming back. Coming into the building is very welcoming, nice calm music with pleasant dining area. Menu is nice with the ethnic food with an American dining side as well. Food portions are extremely generous which will make sure your stomach leaves happy. The owner and staff are extremely nice and welcoming and make you feel like a long time friend. Food came out quick and hot, and extremely flavorful. Looking forward to coming back and trying the rest of the menu (kangaroo and camel burger, yes please).

Had some kangaroo meat while dining here. They also have camel. Why not stop in and try something exotic? The kangaroo tasted like beef but was gamey flavored. The hummus is delicious and grape leaves are excellent.

Best Mediterranean-Middle Eastern food I had in long time. Quality and quantity both are A+. The lady at the counter was very friendly and supportive. We had the meat platter, falafel gyro and curries. The smell and taste was just amazing and authentic . Must try place in Traverse city. Lot of parking available as it’s in a strip mall. Go with lot of space in your belly as you food is worth it.

We were so happy with the food. Had the turmeric lassi, butter chicken, lamb curry, falafel, daal, saffron rice, Arabic salad, hummus and warm soft pita. The chef came out to let us know that the curry would take longer because he had to make a new batch. When serving, he warned that he would have liked to let it simmer for an hour longer but didn’t want us to wait that long. My husband still ate every single bite of the meat. I sampled his curry broth and it was very well seasoned. The daal and falafel were some of the tastiest I ever had. Food did not come out at the same time but that was just fine by us as it was all warm and fresh and we enjoyed sampling each other’s plates. We are not from the area yet are already talking about what we will try next time we are back.

Amazing food! Very veg friendly. The fries were so good that we cleaned that plate.

Very tasty vegetarian platter! Tabouli and hummus were good. #flavafulltv worthy. The restaurant was clean, tastefully decorated and coordinated and played good music. Grateful for some Middle Eastern food in the area. Full portion and appropriate prices for all the dishes. The place is right under the Yonkers sign at the mall- dont be discouraged if you don’t see it from the street. If they offer middle eastern wine and beer- that would be even better!!

Do you want the best food in Traverse City Area? Come here. Get anything. You’re gonna love it. If you don’t love it then you should probably just not be eating food. Staff is amazing, vibe is great. Only problem you’ll have is that you’re gonna eat the food too fast and won’t have pictures for a review. I was able to snap only one. Here’s the baklava. Get it.

So nice to finally have a place like this in Traverse City, now. It’s newer, family run. Got to speak with the owner a bit who you can tell is very passionate and it shows in his cooking! I’ve had Mediterranean and Middle Eastern Cuisine in several cities and states and this definitely was comparable. Very good!
