Second time going because I was craving the Bomb Shrimp, it is just so good. The chef made us a complimentary Malibu roll that might just be my new favorite! The boba satisfies one of my kids while the others get to enjoy their rolls. We got a ramen bowl also and our waitress was amazing as she suggested to separate the serving size before hand so that the leftovers lasted better in a container that had the noodles and one that had the broth. It is a bit pricey to make sure everyone gets what they want but service and food is well worth it.

After 11 hours on the road, we popped in for a late lunch. Our waitress was awesome and fun to talk to! She made recommendations when we couldn’t decide because our eyes were bigger than our stomachs. Surprisingly good sushi and the bir-riamen bowl was on point.

This place has been opened for a month and I am glad I finally checked it out! First thing I noticed was the great dance playlist that you expect in a more urban restaurant. That set the mood. My server was super friendly and made recommendations based on my preferences. I ordered the salmon nigiri and maverick roll; both delicious! Happy to have a new business in town that I can feel good about coming back to and recommending to others!

Delicious food and service is awesome! Our two boys got their free dessert which they love very much! It is the best meal out of our long way road-trip and really surprised us. We will go there again if we ever pass this place.

One server. That man was on top of it all very friendly, kept my drink full, I never had bother him. I had the bir pork Ramen and a sushi plate, the servings were quite large so you definitely get what you pay for, I’m a large man and do food competitions, and I just gotta say, I walked out with FULL stomach, definitely coming back

This was our second time dining in. The whole experience was great. The waitress was busting her butt to keep everyone taken care of and checked in with. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. The food was good and both my husband and I walked away more than full.

I was on a trip from Utah to San Francisco and on the way back we stayed at a nearby hotel and we saw this place, at first glance it looks like it wouldn’t have 10/10 food but trust me, this place is the definition of never judge a book by its cover, the food was the best I’ve ever had in a Japanese place, the service was amazing the food also came pretty fast and it was all fresh, nothing was refrigerated or old the place had a great vibe the whole experience has me happy enough to say this is one of the if not best sushi/ramen places in most of the United States. It’s definitely in my top 3 10/10 would recommend.

We arrived in Winnemucca tired and hungry. Our hotel assistant indicated Bamboo Sushi delivered and that was our top priority. We ordered a chicken ramen and 3 different sushi rolls along with a seaweed salad. It arrived within 30 minutes and EVERYTHING was outstanding. Fresh, flavorful, and presented beautifully. Thank you for the wonderful dinner!
