Heading to Ponca City stopped for a bite to eat in Bartlesville at Bricktown Brewery as it seemed to be packed, so you know the food must be good. I’m not disappointed at all, as the choices were fantastic too.

We had dinner here, 4/9/23 I had the chili burger with fries, the wife had chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. I also ordered the triple dipper as our appetizer. The food was great, and the waitress we had was clean, pleasant, and very attentive to our needs. The bathroom was also clean and smelled clean. Thank you for that!! 5* we will be back to try other items soon.

I really wanted to like this place, but it’s just not good. We had drinks with barely any alcohol content, the three dip trio had salsa that was extremely salty and made it barely edible, and the pizza is just your run of the mill chain restaurant pizza. Service was nice, but we won’t be back. We can make better food at home.

Good food, staff was great very attentive but the wait time is crazy long. Not a great place to take kids as a mom of 3 it was difficult the high chair was super far from the table he couldn’t eat with us it was strange. I liked everything I ate so its definitely a date night place. My big kids were not impressed. They were so over the wait time. My 4 stars is because of the wait time. Excelent place to eat. Came here while riding the TAT and it was fantastic. Happy hour had their brews that were great. The fish n chips 2as original and as good as I had in Norway, my bench mark.

This place is off to a very good start! I took my family to this location on a busy Friday night and the customer service was excellent. The crew worked like a well oiled machine in helping the guests even the ones that were not seated in their sections. During the start of our meal the manager came by introduce himself and make sure our meal was to our liking which by the way it by far was the best meal we ever had at a Bricktown Brewery. A place we will definitely be back when we are looking to fill our stomachs.

First time at this restaurant and when we entered we were greeted from this sweet young lady who immediately took us to our table. We got this amazing young man named kameron Who was at our table immediately and took our drinks and order. The order came very quickly and hot.,My husband said the Blue burger was amazing and cooked perfect. He went on to say the French fries were great as well and he would definitely get again. Now my fried fish and sweet potato fries were amazing and hot. The breading on the fried cod was so airy and absolutely amazing. Best I’ve tasted. Whatever batter they used, they NAILED IT! The sweet potato fries were absolutely delicious as well. Everything was fantastic, along with friendly staff as well. We got the root beer float and wow that was amazing.

The restaurant was not busy when we arrived and we were seated right away. At first, Laurence (our server) was friendly. He took our order and brought us a sample of the blueberry salsa (which is delicious but too spicy for two of us at our table) when we asked if we could try it. It took quite a while to get the two cocktails we ordered, especially considering that the place was not busy. In a fairly short period of time, the chicken Caesar salad for one of our party was delivered. We waited a long time – more than 15 minutes – without our server stopping by to inform us of the delay with the two orders of salmon. We noticed that someone who looked like a manager was talking with patrons at the booth next to ours and we called him over to our table and explained that two orders of salmon had not been delivered. He immediately went back to the kitchen, returned to us, and apologized, saying that the delay was due to the gluten free request (which I don’t fully believe). The real issue from my perspective was that there was no communication from the server or anyone else about the delay until we flagged down the manager. The salmon and potatoes arrived shortly after our conversation concluded, and we were told the steamed broccoli would arrive as soon as it was finished (which it did). The taste of the food was good, the temperature of the mashed potatoes was not very hot, and the broccoli was fine when it arrived. We were checked on a couple of times after that. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. No offer to make any compensation for our wait was made by the server or manager. Not the experience three tired and hungry travelers were expecting. I would not recommend Bricktown Brewery based on our experience. Hopefully, it is an isolated situation and the service is of much better quality on a regular basis.
