Out of three Duncan’s here in Inverness close by I only go to the one on Stone. Bre and Scott and Cheryl a really great. No matter how many times a day I’m here I’m always satisfied . although I do think is the most busiest fast food restaurant around they should definitely get paid more than minimum wage a busy paste place like that should be at least at 13 a hour . Not 11 . That is an insult. Coffee is getting really expensive but I will always come to this.

My husband ordered my coffee pumpkin cold brew with no cream one sugar, tell me why he gets home and my coffee has 3 pumps liquid cane sugar and 3 cream?? Do yall Not listen to your customers anymore cause The last time I went to the store myself I told them no hazel nut in my drink cause I’m allergic I had to have them remake it because they did what?? The staff are great, funny, always in a good mood, even dancing occasionally. Lol service is good, except the iced coffee isn’t right. It always tastes like there wasn’t enough ice put into the brew so it has a burnt taste and I have to add a splash of water to it when I get home. I’ve asked company who I’ve ordered for as well and they say the same thing, too strong or tastes funny. Other than that it’s a great dunks!

This is only one by me so I have to go for my morning coffee but id say 5/10 times I actually get a decent one. Staff is usually nice & friendly however I am extremely disappointed in the situation involving the arrest of that poor girl who was not taught properly the rules of eating on the clock. Absolutely ridiculous and she deserved better from them. I don’t see how anyone could think that was okay to do to such a young girl.

How do you get a employee arrested for sandwich & drink when your stores steals thousands dollars a day from mobile ordering. I am owed food at DD in Crystal River, 98 & 19 and Lecanto. CR store said it would be in book went to get my 3 missing items not in book. I ordered snacking bacon was out no refund. So that is theft. I also found out you can refund me my money for missing stuff and you lied. So why haven’t you been arrested for theft from your customers. I bet I am not the only one that stuff is owed to. Lecanto one is only one that is good about replacing it. Your other stores aren’t. Shame on you that could have been your child. You steal everyday from mobile ordering we should start pressing charges against you.

The manager Jon banned me for quitting because he disrespected me multiple times and I’m a US Army veteran. There are roaches and fruit flies at this location as while working there I’ve seen them crawl all around the oasis machine and around the store as a whole. Fruit flies are coming from the drains in the back because they haven’t been cleaned out and publicly on band talks down on most of his employees, hence why they can never keep anyone. All for a nice $11 an hour. $380 dollar check a week. He also made the only veteran there work on Veterans Day. A day where I lost a lot of friends and brothers.
