I asked for a French dip sandwich and I was told that they only had a French dip calzone so I ordered it. It had to much bread and not enough meat on it. Then I tried the Au Jus sause and it tasted like someone dumped a bunch of salt in it. It was absolutely disgusting! The only good part about my meal was the soup.

I had the Pastrami Reuben on Rye instead of their traditional sourdough; It was fantastic! Dressing was served on the side which allowed for a less messy sandwich since no dressing was dripping out. Others in the party had the Deluxe Original and the Fresh Veggie and both said they were great.

The person taking my order seemed clocked out at best. I asked for a sandwich with only turkey and cheese to no response for about 20 seconds. The cashier then asked what I said I then repeated myself to once again a blank stare and no response. I said “I guess just get me an original Turkey medium only turkey only cheese extra cheese.” The cashier then asked me about 3 more times if I wanted an original turkey no cheese no turkey to which I repeated my order each time. The cashier then asked for my name then laughed when I gave him my name. I’m not sure if it was a joke he was playing or something but it was a frustrating experience. The food was good however.

9/4/2022 husband called in order 6:15 told it would be ready in 10 minutes, I arrived at 6:30, paid for meal and got cinnamon buns (6). Saw customer come back and turn I’m meal as it was wrong, mayo/no mayo issue on several sandwiches, 2nd time brought back. I then waited till 7:15 and asked when my order would be ready. It was sitting there cold on the shelf. I walked out git half way home and called to express my frustration. Asked how best re-heated and was told, I don’t know. Offered to get me a hit meal on Tuesday, told him I would talk with owner. This is not you Normal quality, get it together.
