Honestly not impressed! We decided to grab sonic for dinner since we were in the mood for it, I was not happy the tator tots looked old and not fresh. My chicken sandwich was very very saltyyy!! My husband asked for the sonic bacon burger which was very messy. The only great thing was my son’s kids meal and the Reese’s pieces shake. Disappointing because this is such a good restaurant when you’re in the mood for it. Wish I would’ve looked at the reviews for this location.

This is not the first time I have had issues with this location, but it is the last. Ordered two of their new supersonic cheeseburger. Unlike the photos there were exactly 5 small slivers of onion, which you had to remove the bun to find. And after lifting the bun it was obvious the second layer of cheese promised by the ad was either missing or so small as to be unnoticed. The only thing I will give it is the meat and bun were good. I’m sure this is an assemblers (I won’t call them cooks, as that would be insulting to cooks) error.

01/05/23 ordered 2 hotdogs. The hotdogs looked funny, either they were boiled or been sitting around for a long time. I didn’t want to feed my child the hotdog if it was bad, so I attempted to call 15 times during open hours to see how they cooked the hotdog as it may be bad. No answer, the phone just rang and rang to then being hung up on. We threw away the food to be safe. The staff must not be paying attention as we also ordered cherry limeade to only get sprite with 1 lime. They use to have great service by repeating the order when handing out the bag for accuracy and the food was always hot. Sonics you are loosing your touch and not so hot anymore. Sad…this was our favorite place to take our children after school.

I will never waste my money at this place again! I can’t leave my job so I sent someone to get my lunch. I was on the phone the whole time they ordered and this place rang it up completely wrong! I ordered chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks for myself. I did not get a single chicken tender there was a crispy chicken sandwich sticker on a burger. So they rang up crispy chicken sandwich and put a hamburger inside of it which I ordered neither one of them. I got mozzarella sticks and they didn’t even give any marinara. My son got popcorn chicken, hard as a rock. We also ordered onion rings which were cold while the rest of the food was warm. I have called the store 20 times without anyone answering the phone they were not busy when the order was made! Almost 32.00 in food and today I go without lunch! This place didn’t used to be so bad but this is my last time giving them a chance!

Nice place in oviedo. Service is great. The staff care about the people and react fast if corrections need to be made. Jeremy takes time to get to know his regulars and notices when they haven’t been around. The staff is polite and quick when serving food.
