I hadn’t visited this location in a while because of their lack of service and thought I would try again. Bad idea. They forget to charge for my cauliflower crust so re-ring it but as a soda. As they were massing the green stripe, I had to remind them of the ingredients to put on it. When it came off or the over, again I had to tell the girl the toppongs to put on. She didn’t shake the pesto and it was all oil. I said you might need to shake it. She tries again without shaking, more oil. I said again I think you should shake it. One jiggle and puts oil on again. Now I’m getting napkins to soak it all up. Ialso had to take it back because the pizza wasn’t cut. Was eating at the place and no plates were offered to the 3 of us that would be sharing the pizza. I love the green stripe pizza but I’m so tired of telling workers how to do their job. And seems like there is never a manager there. Can’t say who helped at the register because all the receipts say Ivan.

Worst customer service ever! Blaze on California. Specifically the young lady in the front with a sun flower tattoo on her left arm, she looks mad and had an ugly attitude when I asked for pesto sauce and then handed it to me like this.

I was spending 5 nights at a hotel nearby with my family’s, and the first night I ordered a pizza and cheese bread and had it delivered. I thought it was great it was the exact way I made my own. However, last night I decided I didn’t want to be lazy and wait a long time for delivery so I’d just pick it up. Wrong move on my part because the kid that was preparing them and cooking them had a huge problem with either his job or his life. He started off slaming things around and making me feel like he hated his job and maybe his existence. By that comment I mean literally slamming on things like the ingredients compartment so hard everything fell inside the inner refrigerator.I held my composure because the pizza was for my wife and daughter. After he kept calling me bro and just acting like there was a problem, I waited patiently and left. I get to the hotel and serve my daughter, and the first thing she says is daddy it’s gross (she’s 3) I take a slice and try it and it way under cooked and sauced way too much. Nothing like my first experience. I was frustrated, so I took it back and got my money back. I shutdown I admit, because it was getting late and my girls were starving. The manager was helpful and very polite. She gave me back my money in cash even though I didn’t have my receipt and the card I used due to me being upset that I had to go back. Due to this experience, I don’t recommend and will never go back. She did apologize and even though it was not her fault I still felt unsatisfied, (but to be fair even if she gave me my money back and re made it I was upset I had to go back) because the phone number was disconnected. I was even more upset that it was 110 degrees out, too, to be fair. I hope they retrain the immature little boy that served me and hope one day he don’t meet the one to follow him home for being a sad unhappy pizza boy and wants to teach that hard work and dedication can get you somewhere and you don’t have to be unhappy In Life.

Great place to get a fast pizza. If you like the dough perfectly round best place to go. They barely put any cheese and you have to aske to get more that 5 pepperonis. But basically great topping they have minced garlic and bbq garlic adds a nice touch. Drinks are expensive at 2.25 a pop for a small selection of drinks Pizza Rev has the better Coke machines. Overall nice clean store and clean setup.

I have been to this location a half dozen times and the service and quality have been consistently good. The pizza is reasonably priced and their oven gives a fantastic cook. Their 14 inch has more of a traditional crust (though better than anyone in their price range) while their 11 inch is more like a NY style thin crust, which I like a little better. I do with they had more side options like wings and something healthy like baked zucchini bit obviously those are company decisions. Overall great pizza at a great price.

I ordered this pizza from DoorDash. It is by far the worst pizza I have ever heard! The crust was so thin it was curling when you pick up a single piece to eat it and the sausage and the olives were falling off! There was hardly any sauce and hardly any cheese at all! And for the price that I paid a $13? they skimped so bad on what they put on your pizza it’s just unsatisfactory! I will never ever again order from Blaze again!

I ordered online and my pizza was just sad. It had no sauce, little cheese, and was missing two of the three meats I ordered. I checked the receipt and it was accurate, so the problem was not my ordering. Very disappointed.

Worst experience. Workers were extremely rude as soon as we walked into the location on Ming avenue the new high school students working there started talking badly about us and giving dirty looks. Me and my family felt extremely uncomfortable and were never going there. On cinco de mayo lik really? What a disgrace to my culture honestly. Only buying from Rusty’s now. Horrible horrible service.

I usually love Blaze. I really like my pizzas loaded up with veggies, so I always request that. I was really disappointed with this pizza. I ordered 6 toppings and really didn’t get much of any of them. There was only garlic in the middle, no mushrooms on two of the pieces, only one pepperoni per slice, etc. My partners pizza was loaded up with toppings so I’m not sure what happened with mine. As much as I love Blaze I wish there was more consistency with the toppings- now I’m hesitant to order online again.
