my friend and i wanted a salad and had never been to happy + hale so decided to try it out. it’s format is similar to others in that it’s a build your own salad – they have preselected choices or you can build your own. i got the incredibowl and modified it to my preference. my friend got the med bowl – both were good with nice flavors, lots of ingredients and good portion size. the only thing is that the salad wasn’t tossed so lots of the added ingredients were at the bottom

Nice spot in the North Hills area for healthier eats! We did the ‘build your own bowl’ option. The herb roasted chicken and tofu were both solid protein options. Our favourite veggies were the sweet yams and beets. The option to get 2 dressings ensures your bowl never goes dry. Would recommend their Lemon Tahini and Vegan Caesar sauces.

I was so impressed by Happy + Hale! There are some amazing vegan options. Me and my friend got the beyond bulgogi and the curry tofu bowl and they were so flavorful, filling, and fresh! It was also incredibly fast to make our bowls and the staff was friendly. I could totally see myself picking up a bowl on my way home from work after a long day.

New to the area & reluctantly visited this place 6/19/23 evening. The young lady completing my order was very rude, and when I mentioned her covering my bowl due to the presence of FLIES/GNATS over the food it really set her off. She completely disregarded my concerns, walking away from my food TWICE leaving it uncovered. Since it was late and I was exhausted I opted to just take the food anyway.

I ordered two of the Ahi poke bowl, and the rice was very, very hard un chewable, and the fish was chewy. I give it a two because the person at the front was excellent. But Later, I vomited It Makes me sad because I loved this place.
