I have had lunch or dinner here 3 times now (not including trying when they had the food truck) and the food is incredible. The atmosphere is like a party could start any minute, the decor is vibrant and exciting. That being said everyone is professional. Service is excellent and servers are friendly. Food is quick to arrive. We look forward to our next visit!

The food was okay, it just depends. Had the worst enchiladas, spicy burrito was great, no chips or salsa given, margaritas come with wasteful lights (I guess to make up for the lack of tequila), they added a pool table but the pool cues are cheap. This is their 4th location so I’d think these little issues would be better.

Worst experience ever!!!!! Was not greeted when we got there sat down for 10 minutes before someone even came to the table waitress named Anna finally came brought over chips and salsa with no water even after we asked for water another 10 minutes no water, she took our order eventually while we were waiting another black couple came in sat rite behind us she never went to there table , a white coupe came in she went rite over there brought them chips salsa water and beers ASAP, mind you she still hasn’t brought us anything we only had chips and salsa, she never went to the table behind us with the other black people but made sure to keep checking where white peoples sat , the black pepper behind us got up the woman walked out the door the man went to the counter to ask for a manager and was told they didn’t have managers, me and my friend left also after waiting over 20 minutes with no service…. I accidentally forgot my AirPods so i tracked them there when I called i recognized the waitress Anna voice I told her I tracked my AirPods to that location asked her to see if she sees them, it was 10:50 am they weren’t even open yet but she said she was busy to give her a hour to look for them so I went up there they hadn’t even unlocked the doors yet, when i got inside all she was doing was texting on her phone it was another waitress there I explained to her what happened the day before and that my AirPods are here she called the owner for me the owner came to the location looked at the cameras found my AirPods in one of the waitress apron… long story short ANNA obviously does not like black people she doesn’t need to work with the public if she can’t be around different races.

If I could give zero stars I would! If you’re looking for a place to eat at don’t go to Melecios Fiesta Bar fairmont Nc. Waited 20 mins with no service. The couple before and after we came in both got served food and drinks. Not once did they come to our table! Asked for a manager and “no manager” was available. Only response was they could give a discount. So we discounted our azz’s out ✌ ✌ ✌ the 2 young black lady’s sitting behind us had be waiting before we got seated. They asked for a cup of water and never got it. They left as well. I won’t be going back

Came here to eat, and service wasn’t a1! Server only checked on us 2 times & that was when she brought drinks, & brought food! Didn’t get no refill on drinks, or chips or salsa! Asked to speak with owner server told me she wasn’t there asked to speak with a manager server told me they didn’t have manager! Her businesses needs better customer service.

After waiting on hold 20+ minutes then going to the restaurant,told them no apology.. ( poor customer service)BUT I still ordered , I got home food was cool needed reheating, I’m not sure if my food was held in and it cooled down or what they did. I live to close to the restaurant to have cooled down that much .

FIRST TIME VISITING & THE SERVICE/ATMOSPHERE WAS HORRIBLE!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR TELL ANYONE ABOUT THIS PLACE!! WE SEATED OURSELVES, IT TOOK THE WAITRESS 20mins TO COME TO OUR TABLE, SHE BRUNG THE CHIPS, WE PLACE OUR DRINK ORDER ALONG WITH THE FOOD ORDER. WE ASKED FOR WATER & NEVER DID GET THAT. OTHER PPLE CAME IN GOT SEATED, GOT THEIR CHIPS & DRINKS @ THE SAME TIME & HERE WE IS STILL WAITING ON WATER!!!! so MINS & MINS WENT BY STILL NO FOOD NO WATER NO DRINKS WE ASKED FOR MANGER THEY SAID THEY HAVE NO MANAGER SO WHO SUPERVISING THESE NON WORKING A** PPLE???? First time visiting this place very nice inside. Food was ok my dish was supposed to come with rice and beans and salad according to the menu but I didn’t get it ,my fault I should have said something. Also I feel like staff could be more friendly.
