This was my husband’s and I, first time coming here and we were not happy with our experience here . We ordered the 16 piece wing meal and we didn’t get the celery and carrots that should have been included with the wings. I asked the cashier guy that attended us about the missing carrots and celery he said he’s going to ask his manager cause he’s only been working for 2 weeks so far and is learning about the job. He asked and he said they ran out of it really quick. I told him if he can ask his boss to give me back the difference of what I paid to make up for the missing food items. He said he’ll have his boss talk to me. Well he said he cannot give me back the difference and I said to him he should put a note on the menu to let customers know about those food items . That is false advertisement. The manager who says he’s not the manager had said they been out of celery and carrots for a long time. He says he cannot over compensate me because he doesn’t have that authority. He did apologize but not good enough . Never will I come back to this location ever again! ☹️

Quick drive through order, I was supposed to get the Cajun fried chicken sandwich, I got the Cajun grilled chicken sandwich. Ok, no big deal, but this sandwich is not worth the 8 dollars mediocre sandwich with little to no distinguishable flavor. Dry bread had mayo, but you can’t even taste that. Just want to give a shout out to Joesph at the register. I’ve never had fat burger before and he took the time to explain everything even though he was 5 min away from clocking out. He had a great attitude towards myself and the other guests. The spot was clean and food was great

The slowest service I have ever experienced! I was going into the drive-thru and I had already paid for my food, but the wait was more than five minutes long. And it didn’t seem as though it was busy. Aside from my own, there was one other car behind me. I would have understood if the store was understaffed hence why my food came late, but the fact that the employee didn’t apologize for the long wait or even acknowledge it in the slightest was really bad. The guy at the drive thru was cold and dismissive, even forgetting if he had given me my drink or not (which he didn’t so I had to remind him). I don’t really write bad reviews, but you have to give me one of the worst experience for me to write something like this on Google reviews and unfortunately at this Fatburger location, I had a pretty terrible experience.

The impossible burger is always over cooked dry and hard. Today we have regular burgers that are over cooked and burned. We called and the MOD. Has no suggestions or apology. He said if I want to drive back up there ( 10 miles round trip) he could re do the order. Even though we paid with our card. WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I just had the greatest breakfast sandwich at fatburger for less than 5 dollars, very delicious with free coffee and a wonderful human being as the cashier, I am very sorry didn’t catch his name, tall man with mustache and bear very kind, sometimes its not what you spend, but the customer service and a welcoming to their place. I thank you for having such a wonderful people working at places like this.

Omg , when they say fat burger, they mean FAT Burger, I ordered a triple thinking it was like a wendys triple, but man it was like having 2 meals. I ordered 137 dollars of food and surprisingly everything I ordered was in my bags. The service was great and the young gentleman repeted our order without skipping a beat. Kuddos to the service team. Definitely returning
