I had a very nice lunch here, the dishes and flavors are very authentic, and the atmosphere is friendly. I never would’ve found this place without Google because their sign on the shopping center marquee just says ’Hot and Cold.’ I had a Ceviche Mixto, and a Lomo Saltado; and some house-made Chicha Morada to drink. I recommend all three of these dishes, because they were well balanced and authentic in flavor. The server was very nice, bubbly and friendly. She told me that they have over 70 Peruvian dishes available on the menu. The only thing I would change about the place would be perhaps adding to the name, to make it more clear what type of restaurant they are.

Very nice restaurant with a touch of “home made” Peruvian flavor. It’s always good to eat there, the staff are really friendly and attentive. The food is delicious and tastes fresh. I normally go on hours that they serve “lunch specials” and it comes with soup ( I think there like 2 or 3 options, but I always get the beef soup because it’s out of this world !!! ), a soft drink which I never choose, I like to order Peruvian beer, normally cusqueña but now they serve Pilsen callao, and then the main dish which has options like: mondonguito a la italiana, aji de gallina, seco de res, Guiso de pollo con pallares, and others.

Stopped in for a late lunch after a morning/afternoon in DC. Great little restaurant with delicious food across a range of styles. Plenty of standard deli fare like clubs and Philly steaks but also some wonderful Peruvian dishes. A great compromise stop for groups with both picky eaters and folks who want to try something new.

My husband (who is Peruvian) and I got dinner to go from here tonight and LOVED it!! My husband got Ají de Gallina, which was amazing, and I had the Pollo Saltado, which we also really liked. We shared Maracuya juice and the pound cake for dessert. Highly recommend this place! We went again the other night, and my husband got the ceviche and I got the Lomo Saltado sandwich (with yuca as a side) and both were amazing! The Lomo sandwich was very filling; I ended up saving my yuca.

I came in here on break. I work in the plaza across the street at the paint spot. It was cold outside so I decided to eat inside instead of carry out. Right away I was greeted with kindness.

I ordered the Pollo Saltado and it was excellent. Very tasty. The service was very good and the people were friendly. I really liked the decor and atmosphere of the place. Although the seating area is small it’s a great place to eat. Will definitely be going back to try other dishes and a dessert.

I just ate there between 5 and 5:30 pm today. That was pretty bad. The employees were very rude and chatting with each other like it’s a junior high school cafeteria. I noticed a roach on the table which I had to kill myself. Also the food did not look prepared right. I then explained it to the lady and she did not apologize at all and she also did not check on me seeing how things are going. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Here are pictures as proof

The food and everything was decent, BUT when the check came, we saw this “automatic gratuity” thing. This is my first and last visit. The food wasn’t anything special and they charging 15% tip automatically.
