I am a DoorDash driver and I think this location is under new management. I arrived about half an hour before they closed and they were so polite and friendly and helpful with the confusion of a couple items being out of stock for customers. They were apologetic and they made sure to assist me to the best of their ability.

I think they might have new management at this one (hopefully). Today went there and got some nacho fries and cinnabon bites, both items were hot and very satisfying. They were very polite and professional in here, and people are actually filling delivery orders. Used to be trash with all those kids that were doing dope and just wasted company time and never helpful. This is a good change, so please give these guys a chance!

Worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. No one in line and they wouldn’t take our order at the register. The kiosk didn’t have options for drinks. Person behind the register just kept arguing with us saying to use it anyway. Also said it would take 30 minutes to make a few breakfast menu items. Forget this.

Ordered fresco tacos and they were really good and they seem to have additional meat and other ingredients in them compared to the regular taco’s. Was just after evening supper and they were still busy but had plenty of staff to handle the rush and keep the line moving.

Husband and I came thru 9pm, 5/2 dine in, honestly best taco bell we had, its fresh!!! Love the R&B music they played, hard shell is fresh and crunchy, lettuce is crisp, cheese is fresh, good amount of beef, the nacho fries fresh fried and hot, will be coming back again. Worth the drive!! Shoutout to the manager and his crew. Manager is really cool. Keep it up!!

So I ordered a taco pizza through doordash I was informed by management that the color that I found in my pizza was not the color of their brooms which is fine it is okay however whatever was in my pizza is still plastic upon asking for the corporate number I was rudely told that I could not have that number and then I needed to bring the food up and I informed them that if I had a vehicle I would be more than happy to and I would not have had to use doordash I do not own a vehicle so therefore I cannot bring the food up there the customer service through management sucks horribly very rude I work in the food industry and I never in my wildest dreams would be rude to a customer who has something that is not edible or should not be or is not food in with food what’s complaint could have been handled so easily by saying I apologize ma’am we can remake it and send it to you or we can remake it or I can take your name down and you can come up here at a later time and get a complete free meal but know that was not the issue here
