The guy working the phone today when I made my order at I don’t know 7 something he wa nice and polite got my order and it was all wrong I asked for barbecue sauce for the pizza sauce and it was regular pizza sauce plus I have a mushroom allergy and the Steak and Cheese sub I ordered had mushrooms all over tried to call to get something done the guy yelled at me and said you ordered mushrooms and hung up on me can’t wait to go up and talk to his managers because this type of customer service is ridiculous this is absurd one bite I probably would have been dead so after the guy got my order wrong yelled at me and hung up on me he also did not give the delivery guy the right address so my food was 20 minutes late and completely cold I’ve tried and tried to call back and now nobody will pick up I recommend just getting Pizza Hut down the road at least they have good customer service

Placed a order on the app at 11:40, got told that the driver was on a triple and they asked me to pick it up that they weren’t doing delivery anymore, see I get it but if you weren’t doing delivery anymore why was it even a option on the app? I visited this location on Sunday,Jan.15th.Even though they were short staffed, overwhelmed & busy ,they STILL did amazing.The guy waiting on me was an absolute gem. Everyone was polite & apologetic.Our pizza ,salad & cheesy bread were all delicious,not thrown together like you would expect when this happens.I asked for my salad as an add on last minute,and they didn’t flinch.Super accommodating for everything I wanted.The afternoon staff at this location did wonderful.Thank you for our great food.
