Traveling to Carson City Nevada to celebrate The Virginia & Trukee RR 150th anniversary, stopped in Taft for breakfast, a pleasant small town Cafe, a courteous and friendly waitress that I will call Lady B. Good food, very reasonable prices, it might be off the major route but worth time, so stop and enjoy a meal.

They have the best Philly sandwich I’ve ever had. So big I couldn’t eat it all and brought the rest home. The waitress was awesome…. Very nice and helpful. The menu there is huge. Looking forward to going back and trying their breakfasts. I’ve lived here for 3 years and didn’t even know it was there. I’m glad I found it today.

Best breakfast I’ve had in a long while. I understand the cook is also the owner. Very friendly and efficient waitress considering how busy the place was. Update: Still the best, I have never had a better tuna melt. Worth driving to Taft!
