BEST SUBS, PERIOD! You totally earned me back. After the switchover in owners it took a little bit for them to find their footing. However now that I came back, the sandwiches and people are more like I remember. The meat and cheese slices are thick and the people are back to being friendly. I’m so glad that the new owner was able to get things in order! I mean look at this delicious sub!!! I’m glad you’re back Sub Station, I’ll be seeing you twice a week again

I was in there last week. I was greeted with smiles by all the staff. They were working very steadily. Once I got to the counter to order they apologized for the wait and thanked me for my patience. I did not mind waiting but I appreciated them thanking me. I returned the favor by thanking them for them working hard with a smile on their face and a great attitude. This is so rare in so many places so it was such a refreshing experience. The food was great and the staff was exceptional!

Food was pretty good but I had a better experience at sub station in Hickory NC. One of the employees assumed that I wanted white bread and never asked me while I originally ordered wheat. I also ordered extra meat and didn’t get that either but, it wasn’t too bad just had higher standards like the Hickory store.

Substation is very different under new management. This is the last time we will eat there. The subs were soooo dry. I had to ask for mustard and mayo packs….when the other people were there the lettuce would be wet with the oil and vinegar. I couldn’t even tell they put any on. The whole time I was ordering the three girls working were speaking amongst themselves and not welcoming at all

Ordered an Italian , is there a meat shortage? paper thin slices and hardly any meat , it was more like a lettuce tomato sandwich . For 12 bucks this ain’t it . Rock hill location is way better

Bad customer service! Placed my order over the phone 20 minutes before I even left my house and the girl said yes she got both of my sandwiches WROTE DOWN got into the store and waited 5 minutes to tell me that I only had one sub after she made the one, mind you it still wasn’t made when I got in the store and I said no I had two so she got very mouthy with me with a line full of customers in the store that had came in after I had placed a call in and still waited on them.. was standing at the register and one of the young girls mumbles “tired of the way these customers be talking to me”.. I turned around and left while they still have the sub.. sounds like to me that the girl should’ve double checked with me my ordered before getting it confused and telling me I’m wrong..

This is the best sub station in the state of North Carolina. I don’t go anywhere else to get subs. I travel for work and have tried over 50 different places for subs and hands down, this sub station is the best. I consider myself a bit of a sub connoisseur so trust me when I say this place is A+ service and food. All other restaurants should have trainings from their employees and management. They are so polite, kind, and efficient.
