Placed a order about a hour ago for a small cheese pizza. I get there to pick it up. The worker who was working said it was a different type of pizza free of charge. Saying he didn’t want to tell me they ran out of the regular pizza when I called and ordered. I took one bite and that was it. Whatever that new type pizza they have coming is disgusting. Would have rather them tell me on the phone they didn’t have pizza but what pizza place runs out of pizza 2 hours before close. Use to come to this place all the time started going less. Then this happened….never again

I thought it was a descent place and had taken my kids there as most of the staff seemed nice until I happened to drop in for a quick dinner close to closing time one evening. One of the owners or owners son I assume by the way he sat around arrogantly looking at his phone in the back yelled at me across the way like I owed him something because I didn’t clarify if I wanted a pizza or a sub and proceeded to scowl at me because I was there past closing and even sent one of his workers to tell me to leave. Literally forcing me out with a piece of pizza still in my hand. I didn’t think much of it at the time but am surprised at the treatment considering they are a place that serves the public. All they had to say was it was too late to dine in. The food isn’t the best but with the service being trash I think it’s easy to skip this place. I would not recommend to anyone unless it’s the only place to grab food because of the brewery next door although I’ll be passing on that menu going forward after a couple of beers.

Will not eat here again. Recommend take out if you want this food. Went yesterday on Halloween but an employee’s kid was left completely unsupervised. We stopped in trying to have a quick family dinner before trick or treating but this kid knew no boundaries forced her way sitting with us was even sitting on top of our table once we had our food, touching my daughters face, and using her stuffed animal with mean voices in my daughters face telling her to eat her pizza or else, she even followed us out the door as we tried to leave. We felt bad for the situation but it made us feel extremely uncomfortable. We left as fast as we could! Pizza was ok but the experience alone was bad enough we wont be back.

They have amazing pizza and food here and their menu offers a wide variety of diffrent options. The only slight downside is everybody appears to love their food, so sometimes the wait time can be up to a half hour. The staff is also very friendly and if you want a pizza that’s not on the menu, as long as they have the ingredients, they are more then willing to make it for you. In the way of pricing, they are actually very fair and one of the more budget friendly pizzerias around.

I ordered from here the other day and it was.. disappointing to say the least. Got a burger (yes I know burger from a pizza place, bad move), a small pepperoni pizza and garlic pesto Alfredo pasta. The burger was the equivalent to something you might get at a high school football game- overcooked, bun too big for the patty and absolutely nothing on it- apparently you have to specify wanting any sort of condiment or vegetable with it(?). The best way to describe the pizza was “waxy” and basically tasteless it was thrown out after two slices which we have never done with a pizza before. Lastly the pasta was somehow tasteless as well- lacked any seasoning … needless to say we will not be ordering from here again

I’ve been a regular at this restaurant since I moved to Hudson in 2007. Tonight I placed an order for ziti with plain marinara sauce with light cheese. 5 minutes after calling, I received a phone call from the pizza shop employee telling me I had to hurry up and pick up my order. So I did. When I got back home I opened up the pasta to see they had given me meat sauce *(I’m a vegetarian)* I called back to ask the man if they would be able to replace my pasta for a new one. I was rudely interrupted on the phone multiple times. The man told me they had NO OTHER sauce for the pasta… soooo what do you dip your mozzarella sticks in? I was told to come back downtown to pick up ziti that they would add “pizza sauce” to. Ok, great! Problem solved… NOT. I arrive and the man is standing in the glass door way waiting for me. I went inside to the counter when the man called his co-worker from the back and they both began to tell me I did not place my order correctly. I should have stated I was a vegetarian when I called. No time to argue, I want to eat. Pleasr give me my pasta or my money back. I was refused both and the man then told me he was calling the police. Go for it. The cops came, gave me my money back. I was issued a “no trespassing” warning and was told that if I go back I will be arrested. For the video type in “Hudson House of Pizza, Hudson MA” on youtube. Good job guys. This is an ever changing world and SOME people DONT eat meat.
