We placed a small order tonight including shrimp picatta– it came with 6 naked shrimp and no pasta. We called to correct it and they said they would deliver right away- an hour later no delivery- called back and they said “oh sorry, we don’t have a delivery guy right now next time you come in you can have a credit.” The food that was delivered was okay at best. Would never go back- horrible customer service, they never even apologized.

We tried Campanello on a whim. So glad we did. The food was delicious. The staff was courteous and friendly. Thank you Eddie for a great dinner! I will definitely be back for that Brooklyn Pizza!

Wow!!! Very impressed with the food, service and ambiance! This small Italian Tratorria in Franklin Lakes combines a casual Itallian pizza and lunch spot with upscale decor and an exhaustive menu of Itallian cuisines that make this a perfect stop for any meal. We were served by the manager Eddie, and his service and attention to detail were top notch. We shared an appetizer sampler and some empanadas (the buffalo chicken is amazing) before I indulged in the Riggatoni Siciliano, which was excellent, really matching some of the fine dining establishments in the area. We capped it off with a Hazleut Latte and some of Omar’s Zeppoles which were AMAZING (warmed Zeppole ball with cannole filling) and taste as good as they sound! We were impressed with the entire experience, a must try for those in the area!!!
