I asked what they had for chai tea and he said they only had chai matcha. Confusing because I was looking at the menu and it had spiced chai or latte and matcha. So I pointed that out and ordered the spiced chai latte and when we got in the car it was a large but only half full and a quarter of that was foam? So we were really disappointed since the total was $23 for 2 chai teas and 2 small kids hot chocolate. Too late to turn around and to much hassle since it was inside the grocery store and we had already left the parking g lit before we realized it.

Claudia was so sweet and bubbly and ran all the way out to the parking lot to get me the right drink because I had accidentally taken the wrong one (one that had dairy in it, which I can’t drink.) She was so delightful!! I felt bad we didn’t have money for a tip but she definitely deserves a raise.

The most TERRIBLE Starbucks customer service I’ve ever experienced. Staff is NOT friendly and CONSISTENTLY have off-putting attitudes. I’ve been to this location multiple times as it’s the closest Starbucks in my area, and the service is always bad. If I could rate this place “0” stars I would.

Arrived 10 minutes before close. After the barista ignored us for five minutes, she finally acknowledged us and said they were closed. I asked her if they had closed early and she rolled her eyes and said 5 minutes. I was hoping to get a tea for my sister with a cold. I ended up having to drive across town to the other Starbucks.

This starbucks is my favorite spot, love every single barrista that works there, they are the sweetest friends ever. Phil, Paula, Sabina, my amazing Amanda that is not there anymore and all the others I didn’t mention are beyond amazing. All starbucks should have amazing people like them.

It is very nice having small Starbucks inside the grocery stores ,at the regular Starbucks the line was around the corner, the small Starbucks makes it very wonderful with still the great hot chocolates that they deliver.

Starbucks is the most over rated place. The coffee is not good and I’ve tried allot of there coffees and they ALL TASTE LIKE BURNT A** Sorry for the language. But the food is all frozen nothing is fresh except the fruit the service isnt good people we’re yelling at each other to get drinks done 3 people before me got the wrong orders and had to wait even longer. Hate Starbucks HATE.
