Beans & Brews Coffee House has been around since 1993, when the Laramie family opened shop next to Salt Lake City’s beloved hangout, Liberty Park. The family refined the process of high-altitude roasting, which results in uniquely smooth coffee with intense flavor.
Beans & Brews—or “Beans,” as friends call us for short—is now a staple around Utah and its friends, Idaho, Nevada and Arizona.
Our guests are our reason for getting up in the morning. We love greeting regulars with their favorite drinks, made just the way they like ‘em. And we dig getting to know newcomers from all over the world and welcoming them to the Beans community.

Coffee is great. A large is bigger than most other places for the buck. I love their breakfast ham, cheese, egg sandwiches. More pricey than they should be. Staff needs to be more knowledgeable about how their app works. Couldn’t even answer one simple question for me when I was trying to navigate the app. I had to figure it out on my own. I always go to this location and get the same drink every morning and let me just say West Haven has the best staff they are always fast and great. This morning my drink had been made incorrectly, so I went in told them something was off . She said no problem we will fix it and she gave me a $10 gift card. I am so pleased and thankful if this is not customer service I don’t know what is way to go beans and brews crew!

The staff is very nice and I’m always pleased with my drink. I wish there were umbrellas on the patio, I’d hang out there more. I’m assuming it’s a city/county parking minimum issue, it’s unfortunate there’s a big unused parking lot, it would be better served as outdoor seating in the nice weather. Bike racks would be very welcome!

The employee was friendly and helpful. My Revolver was ok. My wife really liked her Mr B. The service was really slow but it didn’t bother me. Seems like a nice coffee shop. I’ll be back to try something different.

I saw that they offered growler refills for cold brew and iced coffee so I thought I would take some growlers I got from a brewery and get them filled. I did not have lids as it is standard at breweries to get a new lid with each refill. They took my payment and filled the growlers returning them to me lidless. I asked the person working the counter if they had lids and they said they did not. When I talked to the manager and asked if I could get some lids or a refund, he was rude and unhelpful basically telling me it was my problem for not saving my lids. So now I have 128oz of coffee I guess they expect me to drink today. Thanks!
