This Gibbs fella must be disgruntled. The fries are signature. They are supposed to be that way. This place is awesome. Food is great. Service is great. Place stays clean no matter how much traffic is coming and going. Please don’t criticize their establishment if you have never been to one before. I viewed and researched the entire place from start to finish and it is par on with professionalism. Thanks you all for putting out such a great product here in North Platte. Been waiting for such a long time for something worthwhile.

Thought the service was pretty good and the little girl at the window was great. The french fries weren’t bad, hot and fresh. But that hamburger was cold and I had requested no lettuce and no onion. Definitely not like Burger King, you get it the way they want to make it. To top it off, no straws. But there were enough napkins, thank goodness. I’m thinking I won”t be going back

This Freddy’s is great! I ordered on the app and included an ingredient they didn’t have at the store and personally called me to ask what I wanted to replace it with. I didn’t want anything different and they didn’t want me to be charged for something I didn’t get so they offered to give me extra of the ingredient I did want. It’s only been open 5 days so I hope the service continues to be amazing!! I know a lot of people (myself included) are very excited to have Freddy’s here!
