Ordered for delivery on a Saturday night. This is the ONLY place in town that delivers. They were absolutely swamped with orders and had estimated the delivery time to reflect it. Things do happen…and it was “one of those nights” for the understaffed crew. They brought our food hot and prepared perfect plus a little bonus dessert with sincere apologies for late delivery. Employees are not friendly, they ignore you and all need to learn customer service skills. Every other Casey’s I have been to has had great employees! But not this one for some reason, management needs to get it together. I get if your making a pizza that you don’t have eyes in the back of your head but pay attention to people trying to order or pick up their food. Their pizza is always good but the bacon is way to fatty and dry. The store is very nice since it is new but would go a long way with some nicer employees 🙂

As a truck driver I will never give this store any more business. My pregnant wife and both kids went inside to get food and the guy reject placing an in store order because it was just him and the driver. Routed her to place the order on an app which had an est. time of 60 mins to pick up. Definitely not truck friendly and a lack of consideration when it comes to pregnant women and small children.
