They have potential to be great. But too bad they slammed the phone on me after I placed my order. Then I show up said hello three times and got no response back. So I just waited then the lady continued to give me her back then she turns her head I got stared up and down and she STILL continued to give me her back smh. I waited 20 seconds and then left. Unbelievable I won’t be going here again. Go to Smiles Restaurant nearby they are appreciative of their customers.

I’ve been going to king wok for years since I’ve lived in the neighborhood as well as brought them customers but more recently the youngest girl there who answers the phone is straight out rude. She always answers the phone with an attitude and is quick to rush off the phone. We tried to call several times today to place an order and we weren’t even done placing our order and she hung up the phone. We called back and tried to complain while she was on the phone and she put the phone down to ignore us. Don’t go here! They don’t deserve your time or your money if they can’t treat their loyal customers with respect. I won’t ever recommend them again for all the times that one girl messed up! It doesn’t matter if she’s a family member to the business, get rid of her because you are definitely losing business over it!

The customer service here is horrible,the lady who took my order had a nasty attitude and rushed taking my order(I had to correct her 3x).The food was good except my order of French fries which was nearly burnt! They need to clean up their customer service if they want to continue to be open for business.

I went there on Friday, the lady in the front was very rude called me the “N” word and stated that she wish that they didn’t serve N#%#%gas!, tried to report her but the other workers looked like they were scared and didn’t know what to do! She started screaming because I didn’t understand her well and stated that she hate “black people”!!!! I wish that they business would get shut down because they’re working in a black community and making money off us!, please don’t support their business!!!

Had a bad experience, I was at work and ordered from them because my original Chinese restaurant I usually order from was closed on that day. The lady who answered the phone had an attitude and after I ordered my food it literally took 45 minutes until it was delivered just a few minutes away. I received my food with no utensil mind you I’m at work, no straws for my can soda. I called back and the same lady answered and was being rude telling me I have to wait 20 minutes until the delivery guy brings the utensil. I didn’t even get a “I’m sorry”. After all that my shrimp was over cooked and dried. Never will I ordered from here again.

Everytime I order from the place they always giving a additude or missing items in my order they tend to not be on time with orders and they food taste very old and nasty . If you gonna order from here I hope you check your food because they might poison you due to lack of work ethic they show there customers no respect and disrespect everyone trying to order from them I will prefer everyone not to go here . Fell off!!! Ordered chicken wings with fries a couple of times and the wings ALWAYS taste old. Additionally, the attitude of the lady taking orders is straight disgusting. Greeting your customers will go a long way.
