After going to this place with mix reviews, sometimes awesome service and food or stuff that is burnt or not given what I ordered. I get this for a business but after either ordering online or in person I’m always cheaped out food, barely given even a 1/4 of a scoop of food and with the price and everything I think I definitely should be getting at least 1 scoop of what I want for the price of the item. I’ve called and gotten replacements but disappointed as this location has fallen down since it first opened, until things get better I, unfortunately, will not go to this location anymore for these reasons stated above. Would also like to note I have to point out to staff about washing hands after messing with hair or other things and find it really gross and health department wouldn’t be happy about that.

Portions a very small, if you get a bowl it is only half full. If thats a new procedure, then give me a smaller bowl. Food is good. Staff is not the most friendly, always in a huge rush even when there is no line.

Absolutely horrible experience this evening. First, every single employee in the restaurant was standing there either on their phone or talking w other employees for leisure. Second, the ONE and only employee on the prep table was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Using absolutely charred chicken while scooping it with a very small portion sized cup that had no more than 6-8 tiny pieces. And when I mean charred chicken I mean it was darker than the night. I do not recommend anyone to go to this chipotle to settle your empty stomach. Go to hotheads or Moes, anywhere but Chipotle.
