Order a to go order and checked my order as soon as i got into my car. Well, soon as i opened the box a fly flew out of it. Went in to check about a replacement and the owners became hostile and says i need to call the company online for a refund. Not once did they try to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or something else, they stormed off and continue to work. Well, it’s an holiday and I cannot contact my bank. This is unprofessional on how to handle business. Be careful and check your order in front of them. Not once did they apologize either. Rude

Fries are soggy and have no salt. Chicken tenders were raw so I took it back and they actually wanted everything back. Even the ketchup …Most places don’t take food back unless it’s going in the garbage right in front of you. There’s no telling if someone else is about to eat those same tenders….

I just ordered from here through door dash, and received terrible food. I ordered cheese fries with extra cheese, and they sent one small cup of COLD cheese sauce. I also got fried mushrooms, and they sent a cup of marinara sauce that is moldy. I called the store to let them know about the mold so they don’t give it to anyone else, and the lady hung up on me. I wasn’t rude at all because I understand that mistakes happen, but this is unacceptable and endangers the health of customers. This has been very disappointing because I get food from here pretty often, but I won’t anymore.

The food here is pretty good. (STEAK AND CHEESE, WINGS, AND SALADS). Starting out the customer service was excellent. Something has changed here recently. It’s so bad that my girlfriend refuses to order here anymore. Also, we used to order from here at my job at least 3-4 times a week. Now we’re lucky to see it in the breakroom once a week. The older gentleman is very rude. While ordering (for 3 people or more) we ask for them to bring extra change due to people paying separately. He always shows up with just enough change for the complete order and yells, “pay all together then you figure it out.” For a company that was putting about $200 bucks in their pocket every week, this isn’t how you treat them.

My experience is based soley on the customer service. In regards to the VAPES, do NOT buy from them. They sell bad vapes and do not let you exchange. I spent 15 dollars on a PUFF ICE and it was defective. Only got 100 hits out of it. Made it about 8 hours. Go to smoke shops.
