Great food and good service don’t understand the race comments below because while we ate they knew just about every African American person by name… and ask them about facility member so I think those comments are very individual based on customer attitudes. I ordered a wrap around (bread mustard and sausage) with a pulled pork Sandwich and it definitely hit the spot !!!

Got the pulled pork with two sides, good price for the amount of food you get, 1lb of pulled pork, lrg potato salad, and lrg baked beans with Hawaiian rolls! The baked beans were the star of the show cool little spot

I was a little skeptical at first. I barely like grilled or bbq chicken bc I’m so particular about it. BUT the ol’ guy on the grill/ smoker has real skills. The smoked chicken was juicy, baked beans could use more sausage or meat but we’re good tasting, and the potatoes salad was premium. Rob’s BBQ is a great selection if you’re in the mood for grilled meats.

I’m just leaving the place as of now and I’m very disappointed in the customer service I usually go in and ignore the lady’s behavior because of my color and I try my best to not interjected into my experience but today was one of those experience where I knew she really didn’t want me to eat her food she went and purposely picked over until she found the darkest rib and I explained to her that I did not want my rib that dark or burnt she in return told me we do not cook the order and I asked her why did she pick over all those ribs and she told me she started cutting so I had to get that order and then she said never mind I will not sell you something that you don’t want and refuse to sell me any food I kind of figured that she didn’t want African-American people into her shop I will not deny that she have decent food but she do not know how to treat people that are not Caucasian

Called in to make an order here today. Was trying to be price conscience because I’m waiting on my check and was asking price references. The lady answering the phone immediately had a nasty tone. I was asking about a rib plate for 10.99 that I saw she said she didn’t have one, she only had chicken….only a few minutes later she said she had a small rib plate for 8.99 (which is basically what I was asking about and she said she didn’t have, I just thought it was $10.99).

The food was absolutely awesome. Today was my first time trying this restaurant and I’ll definitely come back. I got the chicken, rib, sausage combo and the meat on the chicken literally fell off the bone! The lady was very friendly and patient as I figured out how I wanted my order done. I have zero complaints and have found my official BBQ joint.
