It’s a cool place if you’re looking for something different from the regular sub sandwich shop. And you can get a beer, which is nice. I had the Pan Con Lechon, a slow cooked pork sandwich with slaw and onions. The pork was very tender and juicy, and the slaw a nice addition, not too much vinegar. The roll did not hold up to the juices at all and turned into an open faced sandwich. I’d give my sandwich alone a 4.5.

I don’t know if this is common at every location, but I appreciate that all the staff (front and back of house) take time to take a break and eat meals together during the day. it’s a far cry from other restaurants that make their employees eat alone in the back of the kitchen or alone in their car in the parking lot. it says a lot about a place and what they value.

Loved everything about this place. The food was very tasty. I had a steak plate. The steak was cooked perfectly with grilled onions on top. The black beans were cooked perfectly and had tons of flavor. The restaurant is fast casual so I ordered quickly at the counter and my food was served within a few minutes.

Wow!!! All I have to say is WOW!! The food is amazing and it has been a min since I have had good Cuban food and I know this is big box food but the cook did a great job making the food, the taste was just like I was in Florida at mom n pop restaurant! The margarita was one of the best I have ever had! Just WOW What a great experience! Thank you!!!

Extremely unprofessional! You order and an hour into the delivery you have to call them and they don’t have any drivers available and can’t even give you a simple ETA of when the order MIGHT arrive… so I get in my car to drive and pick up my own order and halfway down the road they finally send me a text saying it was picked up! If they would have given me some sort of reasonable ETA I wouldn’t have been upset at all!! Also the guy on the phone hung up on me. I won’t give these people another penny of my money!
