I was doing a drive through pick and I was handed shakes and food not properly packaged. The shake’s lid wasn’t fitting well. It was leaking and they used regular drinks lid. I requested to be fixed since I was doing a Doordash Delivery but they handed me some napkins . The shakes spoon wasn’t covered. It’s unhygienic! The food wasn’t mine! It leaked all over my car!

We ordered a mini blizzard and a peanut buster parfait. We were told that it might take a little longer than normal, which was fine. I realize most retail establishments are understaffed. After waiting 5-10 minutes, our order came sub par., The blizzard came not full to the top, a few candies and not great. The parfait was lacking peanuts throughout. I will be going to a different DQ than this one unfortunately.

We went into the restaurant since the drive through line was pretty long. Ordered blizzards which did take awhile. We do understand that as a lot of places are understaffed. The only dissatisfier was the restaurant was pretty dirty. Especially the floors and windows and some tables.

I entered and there were 2 people in front of me, before I ordered. It took 10 minutes for them to order 2 mini blizzards, and me to order 2 large blizzards. Then I waited for 20 minutes before they started making my order. Total, I waited 30 minutes for what would have taken every other DQ about 10 minutes total. There were many unhappy customers waiting after me, and before. The drive through was backed up around the building and into the road. The drive through was served faster than the inside customers. I watched the cars go through and saw the last car pass through and get their order, and drove away before I was served. The lady that ran the drive through was faster and constantly moving. The guy who made the inside orders was extremely slow. He would look at the screen from the order, then stand there and look some more. Then walk slowly over to make something. Then after it was done, stare at the screen again for the next order. It took him a few minutes to get 2 dipped cones made. I normally don’t say bad things, but this was a very bad customer experience. I looked at the customers keep getting frustrated. After the guy would put the ice cream treats on the counter, he wouldn’t say anything about what number or if it was done, or what kind it was. People were bringing their receipts up to him asking if it was their order, and he had no idea. A lady said she was #5 and asked what that order was, and said it was taking so long. He has no idea, and asked someone else what number HIS order that eh fulfilled was.

This place is always understaffed. Cars out to the street in the drive thru blocking the entrance where you can’t even drive into the parking lot if you want to go in or have a mobile order. Staff inside are running around like chickens with their heads cut off. This is not a new phenomenon with the food service worker shortage. This place has always been like this. It’s the only DQ around. But, if it’s busy, I avoid it.

Avoid this place like the plague! We went inside to order; line outside was long; 2 families LEFT after ordering and paying for their food because they waited OVER A HALF HOUR. We left after 45 minutes NEVER GETTING the food we paid for!! They literally ignored the people inside the restaurant and only helped the drive through. Never ever ever will I go to this DQ again. Too bad! Manager/owner/franchiser do something about this AWFUL place. Disorganized doesn’t even begin…

Very dissappointed with my experiences here and finallywill leave a review. Last night I came to this location as treat with my son and we found a dark course hair that was short and thick in the ranch sauce after getting a cup that the lid would not stay on and after asking for light ice I got a loaded full of ice cup and then asked for it to be replaced and it was same as before. The wait time is always very long at this location. The hair looked like a rat or human lower hair and i had to throw it out. The fires were cold and hard and I paid a lot of money for that kind of gross feeling, I can’t explain how grossed out I am…do NOT get the ranch dressing here!!!!! Disgusting hairs inside is all i can say~possibly rat..they have issues with cleanliness to say the least. Visited 5-18 at around 6pm.

I got lost in Eden prairie when my phone died and I was hungry so I stopped at the first place I saw. The drive through was a bit backed up but it seemed fine. Getting closer, you can see how the drive through is really weirdly laid out and the drive through window was hard to see. The staff was nice but were clearly overwhelmed. The guy handing me my blizzard stuck his finger in it by accident and didn’t apologize or attempt to fix it in anyway? I didn’t want to wait for another half hour for my food to be remade though so i took the top chunk of it off with a napkin. I’m not super familiar with the area so i don’t know if there’s another nearby but i wouldn’t return here

We stopped on a Friday night a bit after 8pm. It was absolutely bananas– so many people waiting!! After waiting in line for approximately 30 minutes (the drive-thru wasn’t any faster!), we were helped by Nyeshia, who was very calm and friendly despite the craziness! The staff were working hard– hats off to them! Not sure I’d stop again in the evening unless I had time to kill, but guess it depends on my Blizzard craving!
