I made an error on my end through the papa johns app and accidentally put the order in twice. I decided to call the store and Victor was able to at it fixed. He was polite and friendly and understood the situation. You know most people who work in the food industry sometimes don’t seem to care or would just say “sorry that’s the app” and say it’s to late but he did go above and beyond. The pizza also looked great and he seems to care about his customers.

I’ve always loved Papa Johns for their fresh ingredients and tasty crust. Last nights order was awful. Thrown together and crust was tasteless and chewy. No excuse for these awful pizzas (they tasted worse than they look to!)

I needed a bunch of pizzas for an end of the year pizza party at my sons school. This location did a fantastic job. They worked with me to get the pizzas done earlier than normal business hours as they had to be delivered to the class by 10:30am. They even supplied plates, napkins and extra garlic and ranch sauce. Cold pizza delivery is their specialty. You want hot pizza order carry out. Unbelievable they send their drivers to deliver multiple orders and all you can do is sit and watch them go around town delivering other orders while yours get cold. Very bad service

We ordered 16 pieces of buffalo wings.. Notice the picture from the website and the ones we received. Disgusting how it was old chicken and they just lazily drenched it with buffalo sauce to make it buffalo chicken. Never order from this place again! Disgusting and a waste of money!

Gets worst every single time! First time, cold hard pizza! Second time, pizza is over a hour late & cold. Then I was left on hold over 35 mins, without things being resolved. I called from the other phone, they picked up after 6 minutes. I asked Jerri was he just gonna keep me on phone the whole night. He says, he is the only one making pizzas. Saying they are falling out the oven & stuff. Ask if I can get my money back, said they gave it back to me after the credit. Said, that’s what they normally do & I told them I didn’t get no money back because I paid cash. Now I can’t get my money back without the higher ups. And he hasn’t been able to get in touch with them. Smh, just too too much!!!
