Best hibachi in town! Have eaten here before and always forget to take photos or leave a review. I get the hibachi chicken and veggie plate no rice. And crab Rangoon (5). And my favorite Thai tea. Figured would be a good lunch and later supper watching Supernatural.. Greys… or Firefly Lane later tonight… highly recommended. I have to add… these guys work hard in all weather try and do your best and leave a tip for them? Thanks!! We definitely don’t want them to cut corners or raise prices like percent of their competitors have already done! Will be back lol ALOT!

If you like hibachi, you absolutely must eat here. I have had hibachi from more places than I can list off here, and there would be no point, because none of them matter anymore. The amount of food you get for the cost is incomparable. Along with being top quality, you won’t find this anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend if you find yourself in Hot Springs, Ar for food. They for sure would be quite the rival for any Hibachi restaurant.

We are visiting from out of state and saw the food truck court from our hotel. The food at Rock n’ Roll Hibachi was great! We had the spicy beef lo mein. If you like spicy, this is the way to go! They did not hold back and we loved it! Also, lots of food in an order. My wife and I easily split an order.

We were the only people in line and our food took 30 minutes.. got the rock n roll combo and it was EXTREMELY salty. Couldn’t even finish it. The food truck lot is cool though.

I am a frequent traveler, I have eaten hibachi in other places. I like to frequent small places. I am a lover of “Lo-Mein”. I was visiting Hot Spring, and I don’t understand how this truck can have recognition. Firstly, the Asian owner is very rude, she doesn’t know about customer service, secondly, the waiting time for the food is about 45min, so I thought the food will be great, but unfortunately the dish came with hair included, rice rubbery, I let her know and the lady’s attitude was more aggressive, she asked me for the plate back and she returned my money, I have never received that quality of service, I have reviewed the opinions and several agree with the lady’s attitude and hair in the food. Not a food truck I would suggest. the owners of the other trucks were very nice and polite. Especially the owner of the ice cream truck. I hope they change that attitude and provide better customer service as well as be more careful with food preparation. A HORRIBLE hibachi food truck!!! The area is very good but hibachi truck damages the imagine the other food truck

So finally got to check this new location out here in Conway. I will be the first to tell you I am not a sushi person. So I was a little nervous. Not going to lie I was a little surprised as to the size and room space inside. I was thinking big long and a lot of space. But it works for what they have going on. Like the rock n roll decor and music videos playing it a cool spot… not heavy on the packets either. And most importantly the food is good. Like I said I am not big on sushi and they have plenty of cooked opinions… it was my first time definitely going for a second try. Recommend if you in town and looking for something good light and quick but still can hang and relax.
