I will never order from the south sioux city jimmy johns again. #1. Called and the worker answered “hello?”, not professional. #2. Said order would take 15-20 to be delivered (our location was 3 miles away), would have been great, but it took an hour and 15 minutes to be delivered! #3. I called at the 45 minute mark to see where our food was, he said “oh it’s being delivered”. Didn’t show up for another half hour. #4. The delivery guy sat in his car and waited for me to come out to his car window to get my food, didn’t get out at all. #5. Our order was wrong.

This location is only 3 minutes away from my apartment yet takes 30+ minutes to arrive consistently. Sandwiches are always soggy or incorrect and they always manage to give the wrong chips. Pop is also flat and watered down. Every. Single. Time.

Normally order delivery, had a whole list of rewards, went yesterday at about 1230pm & the lady put me in a whole mood, rude as can be & made no effort into listening to my order or what I had to say. Had a free bday favorite sandwich & she refused to give me just my regular sandwich stating it won’t let her bc she already knows these things. Ordered it for delivery as a reg sandwich (it not being categorized as favorite) and CRAZY HOW IT STILL WORKED AS FREE. Did not appreciate her attitude let alone spoken to like a child, 3 yr rewards member & this is how you get treated.. oh well.

I went to johns and ordered a turkey Tom after opening the sandwich wrapping I discovered that I had not received a turkey Tom but instead I had received a nature valley granola bar no under normal circumstances this would be grounds for a one star review but I happen to like nature valley bars a lot so they get a 5 star for food but a 1 star for customer service
