The service is not great, the drive thru line is more important then the people inside seeking service. I waited inside at the register for a long time before someone told me they would be right with me. The service here has been unfriendly or under staffed and the customer pays for it. I walked out and went to the Market Street location got served right away by a pleasant person. I work in Gouverneur and I stop at the Canton location weekly and get great service there as well.

Horrible experience at this location , I’ve been harassed for the last 4 weeks because I medically can’t wear a mask. I try to go in and out quick, I social distance and place my order online through the app and everyday I’m waiting at least 20 minutes and get harassed by employees for not wearing a mask after I have repeatedly told them I can’t and have a medical condition the manager has actually told me I need to show him papers to prove my medical condition which is insanely illegal. This location is constantly slow and has unsatisfactory service compared to any other dunkin I go to

Convenient location, but Dunkin has gotten pricey if you don’t hit the afternoon special. Two regular donuts and a drink were over $7. They are connected to a gas station, KFC and convenience store.

I went to DK on Route 11, near Clarkson University in Potsdam NY. There was no one in line to order, and 2 in line for pickup. I stood waiting to order for at least 5 minutes, not one employee acknowledged me, greeted me, or even an, “I’ll be with you shortly.” Two employees who were getting donuts, made me feel invisable.
