I absolutely love the blueberry monitor, watermelon, and strawberry lemonade! My kids usually get the honeydew milk, the strawberry breeze, and the slushies. We haven’t tried any drinks here in the last few months that we haven’t liked. They are all pretty good and tasty. Their decor is really pretty and inviting too. They have a nice amount of options, and you can dine in or take out since they have the restaurant for food as well. It’s in a shopping center, so there’s plenty of parking. Everything is made fresh, so it does take a little bit of extra time, so you may have to wait.

Flavors were lovely, generous portions, and all of the meats that came in the combination pho were delicious, probably the best I’ve had anywhere. Service is good too, and they have plants and an overall cozy environment which I love. The milk tea I got was very good too.

Good vegan pho is really hard to come by. Cloud 9 knocked it out of the park. The broth was SO flavorful. I got a lavender boba tea as well and they gave me a few non dairy milk options to choose from, and assured me they could make it totally vegan. Love this place!

Ordered fried chow mien and it came out sitting in an inch of sauce. The server dropped off the meal and no one came back to check on us. Finally waved our server over and was told that we had to pay for it even though I couldn’t eat it, that they “would have tried to scrape it off or something but we’ve already delivered it so there’s nothing we can do.” I pulled out the tofu to make another dish at home and the second picture is what was left afterward. Just a huge plate full of sauce and all mushy vegetables. Service was not too friendly either. Appetizers and boba are generally okay but they do not take pride in their food. Previously the spring rolls were really fresh and this time they were not as good either.

I never write reviews and I hate inconveniencing food service workers but I need to warn others before they decide to eat here. DO NOT GET THE FOOD. I don’t know about about their bubble tea, but the food is some of the worst I’ve had. It makes me sad because I was really excited for it. I just ordered the 7$ cajun fries and they were not cajun seasoned at all. They came out stale, dry, and hard. There also was a hair in it, and when I told them that I was not even refunded. Me and my friend were very disappointed. I had some other issues as well with the food, service, and atmosphere but this review would be too long.

My partner and I used to come here weekly. The last few times have been disappointing but I understand issues and bad days happen. After several additional attempts and their recent actions I’ve decided to change my review. Unfortunately this place has changed for the worse. The food is not what it used to be. They definitely have pivoted to primarily being just another boba spot. When asking to remove an item from my bill that I never received, (after waiting for over half an hour with no staff checking in on us) I was met with attitude and silence. I’m not one to complain,and consider myself pretty forgiving but after the latest experience, I won’t be back.

I grabbed Cloud 9 takeout once on a whim and now I’m obsessed. Their milk teas and boba drinks are so good, and I love the beef banh mi sandwich. Also, the restaurant lobby is so cute and very instagramable if you feel the need to share your boba with your followers.

Yes! Excellent tasting Pho, superb Thai Tea. Reusable cup. All around a great experience on this one. I ordered kinda late via door dash, and to my surprise it came pretty quick to cascade station! Food was hot and tea was cold no I’ve hardly melted! To top it off, it was hand delivered by Jesus!!! 10 stars for this location and food! Thanks Jesus for the speedy delivery. Oh yea they used real chicken, not that round fake stuff!
