I live right behind this place and have for over a year. The staff is always lovely in this unassuming hole-in-the-wall. The food is WAY better than it has any right to be and is some of the best chicken I’ve had around here. The concept is fun, too; picking whatever bun for your chicken sandwich including donuts. I havent been often, but I have been consistently and I always enjoy it. It’s not cheap, but it’s definitely worth it!

Great donuts and friendly staff! We went a little late around 30 to close, so they didn’t have a few donuts (come early!) but they had the one I really wanted, the Bacon Maple Cake donut. They made it fresh! They also were so kind as to throw some fries in for me after I was contemplating getting them. I got the medium, but they’ve got serious heat! If you don’t like spicy, get mild. Overall great spot, would 100% come again.

The worst donut I’ve ever had in my life hands down. I was really excited to try these and drove 30 minutes to this location to do so and was disappointed that the main thing we went here for (the donuts)tasted awful. If you’re used to real, fresh, made hot to order right in front of you donuts, this isn’t the place for you. I don’t know how they can claim their donuts are made fresh when they clearly aren’t. mine tasted like it had sat out on the counter for a day and a half. It tasted so stale on the inside, had a thickness and density like cake and the outside was hard as a rock. I’ve never thought of donuts having a “crust” before, but these had it. You could peel the outside away as if it was bagel skin. We got one with chocolate icing and it tasted like Hershey’s chocolate syrup that was zapped in the microwave and poured on top of the donut.

I have been looking for an authentic southern style chicken biscuit in NOVA since I first moved here in 2015. Many have tried, most all have failed… til now. The first bite transported me back to growing up in West Georgia, 5 exits shy of Alabama, where the gas station biscuits can’t be beaten! Plain and simple… amazing. The donuts? Heck yes also!

The food is pretty decent and the staff was friendly to me. I got a spicy chicken sandwich on a donut as well as a maple bacon donut. They were both pretty tasty, but it is a bit pricey. It’s about $4 dollars for a donut so it isn’t cheap. I’d be willing to come to this place again just to try another donut, but I would have to be really craving a donut and willing to spend $4 on one

Come early or expect most donuts to be sold out. They were down to two varieties when I arrived, and while neither was something I normally would have selected had more choices been available, it was very fresh and fairly tasty. I thought the price was a little high compared to other luxury donuts I’ve had.
