The coffee is great definitely one of my new favorite places, but going out of my way before work to stop here a few times now.. I can say I wish customer service was a little better. Not once have I been greeted with an actual SMILE, or “good morning, how are you?” It’s a coffee shop! Be a little more enthusiastic about connecting with your customers please. All constructive criticism.

We went for lunch and the food was delicious. The French dip was fantastic and the fries and tots were seasoned perfectly. We also ordered the battered mushrooms which were cooked in a light batter and had a great flavor. The only problem we had was that we wanted to buy everything in the gift shop before we left. I recommend stopping here for a meal.

Fabulous coffee! I myself don’t abibe, But My Mother Absolutely Adores this place, and when I take her Anywhere… Black Bear is the first stop! Just went through the other day, riding with friends, who used to Own a coffee shop, and was told “They Know what they’re doing…. Really Great coffee”.
