I really liked their tacos. Some of the best I’ve had. They were busy. Had to be patient. Me an my crew were thoroughly pleased with the fare.

El Coyote Charro serves the best street tacos in Utah! Our favorite tacos are the Al Pastor Street Tacos with grilled onions, cilantro, and lime. The restaurant also has a warm kettle of pinto beans which taste delicious with salsa, cilantro, and lime.

I got the Asada Fries and they where amazing! I’ve never had Mexican food with French Fries and it is a great combination. They have a salsa bar with onions, cilantro and lemons. The service is slow and the restaurant feels like a dive but El Coyote Charro is worth the visit. I’ll definitely be back.

The Coyote Charro probably has the best Al Pastor in the entire state. I would highly recommend the tacos, they are well worth the price. I am also a big fan of the bottomless pinto beans. Small detail, but the limes were really good, something I value at a Mexican restaurant. The food was so good I forgot to take a picture until halfway done, sorry. Excellent meal, and if you like Mexican you gotta check it out.

Very good Al Pastor Fries! I stopped in between the lunch / dinner rush. Had no problem picking up my order to go.

We wanted to have pollo loco tonight but when we arrived at 7pm it was closed. We were bummed and looked around. My family and I walked into El Coyote Charro and it was a ghost town ( don’t let that intimidate you ). The food not only came out FAST but DELICIOUS. I ordered three tacos and a burrito (which I shared) and we were so happy that pollo loco was closed!

We like to stop here when we’re in St. George. Al pastor fries are delicious. Tacos are great, but I have had better. Our kids really liked the mulitas.

The food was fairly priced, quick to be made, fresh and of very good portion sizes. The homemade ice cream afterward was the cherry on top of a great meal!

Went in to a fairly empty restaurant. It was 4 pm. I ordered the taco salad. It was wonderful. The carne Asada was great.
