This was the worst and most unprofessional taco bell I’ve been to. Not only were the staff very rude because they didn’t have enough workers, but after standing around to place a order one rude lady said it’s drive thru only because of short staff then began to say order online or drive thru…. as I walked out she said “pick your battle”…. I’m not a kid and it took everything in Mr not to go back in and act ignorant. But I have more than a million viewers on my Google so now she can pick a battle…..

Ordered ahead online for pickup and all their doors were locked and they were not answering their phones. I ended up having to wait in a fairly long drive thru line for food that was already ready and cold by the time I got through the line.

I’ve gone here twice this week. Both times the Baja blast tasted like chlorinated water and nothing like it should. Today, 4/7, the drive thru appeared to be very disorganized. They forgot to give a guy ahead of me his food and I was asked what was wrong when waiting for my food. I was waiting for my food! *edit* Thought I would give this place another try. Big mistake! Once again, large Baja blast tasted like chlorinated water with a splash of Baja blast. Also ordered nacho bell grande, chips are different than what they used to be. They tasted stale and it looked like I got the bottom of the bag chips all broken up in pieces.

Visited at 11:40. Ordered $44 worth of items after a wonderful concert with my friends. Expecting this taco bell to uphold the same standards as everywhere else, I was sorely disappointed. The 2 women at the window were atrocious and rude, I strongly recommend you to avoid this location at all costs.
