I’m originally from NYC and ever since I moved in 2010 every time I go somewhere and order Chow Mein I get Lo Mein….. been driving by this place for almost a year and hubby said let’s try it for lunch. This is the place!! I ordered it for take out again a week later and it’s still DELICIOUS!! War wonton soup is awesome too.

Had a solo lunch at The Emperor’s Palace near the mall in Olympia. I hadn’t been there in years and was pleased to find it bright and clean. The fish tank that greets you in the lobby could use a good cleaning tho. They have some beautiful colorful fish in that tank but it looked kind of murky and boring. Poor, bored fish!

This establishment has great food, great staff and is clean. The food came out very fresh. I would recommend the garlic wings and there beef broccoli . The Beef wonton soup was the best soup I’ve had in a long time. Definitely will be back again.

Went July 31st. Barely saw our waitresses. Then my sweet & sour chicken wasn’t cooked and batter was runny. Told waitresses when we finally saw her. Nothing was done to fix situation. So after first bite couldn’t eat the chicken. 12 hrs later I had food poisoning and out of work a week. Yuck!!!

Service was terrible. Substitutions because of allergies were ignored and when it was brought to the waitresses attention she never corrected it. Another waiter at the end of the meal corrected it. They tried to up-charge the soup $4.50 more than it was. They blamed the terrible service on having a full restaurant 2 hours before we arrived. The waitress we had new nothing about the meals as well. I dont recommend dinner in house but take out could be better. Don’t have substitutions or allergies because they will ignore them.

Pretty good American style Chinese food! The crab Rangoon had such a lovely filling but the wrapping was too thick. Loved the almond chicken with gravy, personally my favorite thing. The beef in the Mongolian beef was tender but lacked seasoning, had almost a ketchup flavor? Still wasn’t bad! Chicken teriyaki was cooked well but also needed more seasoning. Loved the 5 spice in the fried rice. Would try again!

Hey Mike, I have been a patron both dine-in and delivery for decades. I was one of the first waiters hired by the original Dragon Palace in Shelton in 1980. So, we go way back. I have loved the food and would give 5 stars over the years. BUT why did you remove the full-size shrimp from the Special Fried Rice!??? We have stayed with you for both the Special Fried Rice WITH the Full-Sized Shrimp and the Almond Chicken. To us, the full-sized shrimp made the Special Fried Rice SPECIAL! Please restore full-sized shrimp!
