If I could give negative stars, I would. The last 2 times I’ve placed an order, app would say it was delivered but it never arrived. My first order, I never got the pizza, delivery driver delivered others way further away. When I called, I was told first pizza out gets delivered. So I mentioned to night manager to keep the pizza (as it was 2.5 hours late) and refund my money. I was never refunded. Second order, again, app said it was delivered. Again, no where in site was my pizza. I called and asked about my order and was told it was on its way. An 1.5 goes by. Still nothing. Called the store to cancel and get refunded and their phone never rang.

Just ordered a large deluxe, it has to be the best pizza that I’ve ever gotten from Dominos, maybe your people need to o to the others in the Grand Rapids area and teach them. Soooo good.

Emily was amazing! Emily notified me that they did not a have delivery driver in advance but could still make my 14 pizza order. When I picked the pizzas up, Emily was so friendly! Emily was working on her lonesome (I hate that she could be alone due to security) but had all 14 XL pizzas ready! Emily deserves a raise and more co-workers! This Dominos is short staffed.

By far THE WORST dominos when it comes to deliveries. Placed an order at opening didn’t receive it until 12. The delivery driver drove past our house, to make two other deliveries before ours. When I called the location, I was told no matter how close you are or if it’s past you, the pizza out the oven comes first. This is two times in a row that we’ve received cold food, NEVER EVER again.
